

Arash Saidi is General Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Storm Group and Cypher Capital, where he leads legal structuring, regulatory strategy, and compliance across the group's investment management and AI infrastructure businesses.
Previously, he served as General Counsel of GFH Financial Group (~$22bn AUM), a Bahrain-headquartered investment group with significant infrastructure, real estate, and logistics portfolios across the GCC, Europe, and the United States. At GFH, he oversaw legal structuring for major infrastructure and real asset investments across multiple jurisdictions.
Arash has held senior legal and structuring roles at M2 and ADCorp, with a focus on navigating complex regulatory frameworks for digital assets, including VASP licensing, tokenised securities, and DeFi product structuring.
He brings deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional fund formation across Cayman, BVI, Luxembourg, and Ireland, and has successfully secured regulatory licenses from Abu Dhabi Global Markets, the Securities Commission of the Bahamas and the BVI FSC.
Arash is a solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
