Maxim is a technical investor and blockchain engineer with 8+ years at the intersection of decentralised infrastructure, consumer crypto, and venture capital.

As Tech Lead at Cypher Capital, he has led 50+ technical due diligences supporting $30M+ in deployed capital, and helped develop the fund's technical evaluation framework (code quality, security, audits, token design).

Before Cypher Capital, Maxim held engineering leadership roles across Web3 and fintech, building tokenization platforms, smart contract infrastructure, and production-grade backend systems.

He has also worked on decentralised voting and trust protocols, as well as high-scale on-chain data systems powering real-time authenticity and risk signals.

Maxim holds a Master of Data Science from Monash University and has a research background in blockchain-based secure data storage.
